There comes a point in the evening – late afternoon some days it has to be said – when it’s time to open the fridge door, take out the chilled bottle that’s been waiting there, pour some into a glass, take a sip and sigh! Or is that just me? And then there are evenings whilst I’m either preparing supper for myself and the children, or on the evenings when the house is quiet and the children are elsewhere that I just want to really let my hair down and have a good boogie – by myself is fine and probably best if truth me told – I’ve frightened too many people (would be boyfriends) in the past with my freestyle dancing!
My friend Jane and I came up one day with our Kitchen Disco playlist which I’m going to share with you now. Please do add your own in the comments box below. What is your ultimate feel good dance tune? Time ladies to ‘shake your groove thing’
