Where is there abundance in your life? There is abundance in my life. I am loved and I love in return. I am healthy and happy. I am cared for, my needs are met. Joseph Campbell advised us to follow our bliss. When we seek our own happiness, far from being a selfish act it allows others to feel good about themselves as we project goodness outwards. Years ago when I was unhappy in my home life, it directly affected my children. Once I decided to no longer ‘hide’ the me I had buried and to step out into my life, my children were also directly affected, this time in a very positive way. There is abundance out there if you stop striving and start living your life your way.
We are sensual beings, we should not deny ourselves our sensuality. To feel, to be touched is life enhancing and life affirming. Do not repress the feelings you hold inside. Explore yourself, dance, sing, be free, be joyful.
‘Live in balance between the head and the heart by filling your feelings with wisdom and your decisions with love ~ Unknown. Be aware, be wise yet love anyway. Make your decisions from the heart and love anyway. Balance is created when both these parts of us are acknowledged. How different would you feel?
Today, this moment is all we have. Be here therefore and do not daze off into the past or into the future for too long. Enjoy this moment , be in this moment for this is life.
Face what scares you, be willing to look your fears face on. Ask for help. Ask for guidance. Be willing to do what it takes to live, to come out from the shadows.
Who is the ‘you’ you hide? Become that woman. Do not delay, life is short. Regret nothing. Don’t put off.
